Every Myeisha bag carries the signature of Namibian hands — and a story that goes far beyond fashion.
Our Story
Some journeys change the way you see the world.
Sandra’s journey to Namibia changed more than that — it rewrote her path in life. What began as a love for a country that captivates with its vastness, its stillness and its people became a decision: to stay. To live. To build something.
And what woman who carries this land in her heart doesn’t need a bag?
The Name
Myeisha comes from Swahili and means the most beloved. A name that speaks to attitude — towards the material, the craft, the people behind it. And towards you.
Our Promise
Not just giving. Enabling.
Sandra didn’t want to simply give. She wanted to enable. For the women working in our workshop, that means: a craft that sustains, an income that provides security, a future they shape themselves.
For their families, for their children. Not because someone decided what’s best for them — but because they hold the tools to decide that themselves.
That’s the difference that matters to us.
You
When you buy a Myeisha bag, you’re not just buying a piece of extraordinary craftsmanship. You’re part of something that grows — quietly, but steadily. And that, we believe, is the most beautiful value a bag can have.
Handmade in Namibia
From leather to bag.
Every Myeisha bag goes through hours of careful handwork. No assembly line. No compromise.
01
The Material
Mostly african leather — selected for quality, texture and character. Materials that age instead of wear out. That get better over time, not worse.
02
The Craft
In our workshop in Windhoek, our bags are made the way good things should be made: by hand, with time, with skill. Every stitch placed, every handle shaped — by people who love what they do.
03
The Result
Every bag that leaves our studio is one of a kind. Slight variations in grain and colour are not a flaw — they are proof that a person made this, not a machine.
Leather & Material
Nappa. Nubuk. Animal Print.
We work exclusively with premium leather — selected for quality, feel and durability. Each material has its own character, its own way of ageing, its own story.
Nappa leather is soft and supple, developing a warm patina over time. Nubuk has a velvety surface that catches light differently with every angle. Animal Print brings the wild side of Namibia into your hands — without harming a single animal.
